seems to me that executing terrorists and burying them in a strange fashion would simply breed more terrorist rather than scare any remaining ones off... and as your article points out muslims aren't going to think they are denied entry to heaven because they have been buried with pigs bits and bobs are they so even if you hoped to scare them in some way its not really all that likely

Yes. Very good idea.

However, they should be tortured first and the one who is let off should also watch that first.

And further, the pigs should be slaughtered humanly (certainly not halal) and only the entrials and penis should be buried with the scum.
