Now, earlier in the day someone was wondering who was shooting into the Latin Church in Gaza and it was floated seriously that it was Hamas. Incredz but true, that it cd be Hamas. Rather obviously to me it was Someone Else but we will have to wait and see. Dead is dead no matter who shootss them by the way. I learnt this at uni.

sandyRoe, no one (except people like Hamas) rejoices at the deaths of civilians caught up in war but war is war and that is, sadly what happens.    What Hamas did on 7 October wasn't war.

israel have killed a far higher proportion of civilians in this war than in any of their previous ones... it is obviously possible for them to kill fewer non combatants so the extremely high numbers must be deliberate

It took about 30 to arrest Tommy Robinson who wasn't posing any threat.
