Actually, to be fair, Brexit probably does have something to do with it.

The EU is now minus a huge income and a big trading partner.
That damn brexit!
Whilst the Eurozone has entered a recession (at -0.1%), the UK is seeing virtually no growth but has the highest inflation of the G7 nations – so Joe Public in the Eurozone will be better off (as a result of -0.1% recession and lower inflation) than someone in the UK (with virtually no growth and a higher inflation).

But hey, let’s not let the truth get in the way of things posted here.
Hymie your trying hard but your attempts to put a brexit spin on here is not convincing anyone here am sure
the fatherland has been in recession for some time but the MSM havent exactly been making anything of it...wonder why..

and as usual Hymie leaves himself open to another kicking from New Judge, some people just never learn...as Abe Lincoln said "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt"
"But hey, let’s not let the truth get in the way of things posted here."

you really dont know what irony is do you ?...
//The EU is now minus a huge income and a big trading partner.//

They still have that trading partner, youngmaf. It's just that they've decided to treat that partner the same as every other "third country" by introducing some friction on UK:EU trade. That, of course, is their prerogative and they've no doubt done so to protect (strange how that word comes up so frequently) their Single Market and Customs Union. So I don't think we should shed too many tears if the consequences are not particularly pleasant.

Nurse , nurse, ive just split my sides laughing !.....see my earlier comment about irony

Bobinwales was/is a remainer.

I voted remain. I still wish we were in the EU.

The difference is, for me (I wouldn’t presume to answer for Bob), is that the majority of the people who voted in 2016 voted to leave; I didn’t agree with the decision, and still don’t, but I was happy that the democratic vote was fulfilled.

Hymie, with his propaganda videos and 6th form approach to politics, clearly only agrees with democracy when it goes in his favour, and that’s not how it works.
DD, I thank you for your maturity and bob of course. You are a remainer and I respect that. If only the remoaners would get on board rather than praying for bad things for the UK simply so they can sneer and snipe.
