R I P Motty, Sad news I've only just heard, one of my favourites.

RIP Motty. He was trying to forget his teenage heartbreak.

As a young man he fell hopelessly in love with Princess Charlotte, only daughter of the King of Potatoes.

Charlotte begged King Edward, but he was resolute. It was his final word.

"You may not marry John Motson!" He decreed.
