Her predecessor has left her no time, he, combined with the ridiculously long process kept her out of office and did diddly as he holidayed twice and swanned around as the crises deepened weekly, even daily.
He’d already done for her, poor woman.
True, she hasn't got a lot of time to rectify things and she must hot the ground running. If she can do it, those party members will be seen to have made the correct choice.

All of her previous flip-floppery does not bode well I fear.
If she pulls it off, all credit to her but the signs aren’t good.
I suspect that she's a hard-working head-girl type, which is probably going to be better than Johnson's approach. She lacks charisma in my wiew, but I think the British people might be getting tired of Flash Harry's who always seek to take credit for winning bets and disown losers. I hope she does well, because I want this country to do well.

"oh dear - now they're slagging off Boris' ghost!"
Some here have been slagging off every past Labour politician since the second world war - particularly Corbyn. The Tories have been in power so long that it's difficult for them to find anyone to insult who has any relevance to our current situation.
