The chances of any migrant being removed is absolutely minimal because it ain't running yet. Some virtue signalling fools are putting obstacles in the way. That needs sorting first. Yes there is nothing to prevent the illegals repeating the process of paying a fortune to return and then getting sent to Rwanda again; but being removed once is likely to sap...

Just as well they have been put off. Only around 12,000 have arrived so far this year. Think how high it would be without this deterrent.
‘Could’ but invariably won’t.
Unless the Rwanda policy is actually implemented effectively and legally?
I saw yesterday somewhere, that Dublin is blaming the Rwanda policy for the influx of illegals there. So to their chagrin, they at least think it is working as a deterrent.
Must admit, if someone told me that if I did something I might be shot, I’d think twice about doing it.
Any chance of these people smuggler getting UK holiday maker across to France.

I'm surprised some of the more enterprising of them have not advertised their services for return trips. I'm sure the Coastguard and Border Force crews wouldn't mind taking a few families and their luggage from Dover to meet the rubber boats mid Channel. The two consignments could be swapped over, with the migrants being brought safely back to Dover on the Border Force cutters to find out where they will be housed, fed and watered, whilst the holidaymakers could take their chances by continuing their journey on the rubber boats. Win-win all round!! :-)
have you seen a car & caravan on a rubber boat?
The Sky headline says 'could work'. Your header says 'Does work'.

Then you say, "Not my view..." PMSL
The Danes have been doing it for a while & it has had a marked effect, illegals daren't go to Denmark anymore

Do you mean the Danes send them elsewhere, Khandro? Where?
probably to Greenland!
Ken, from what the people smuggler said, TTT’s headline is more accurate than Sky’s. It HAS deterred people from coming here.
You're not so bad at nit-picking, yourself, ttt.

what's up with you today ken? You had a curmudgeon pill or something?
'Do Denmark send asylum seekers to Rwanda?
The Danish plans involve an initial screening of asylum seekers for vulnerability, before they are transferred to a third country, which could be Rwanda. Their asylum cases will be processed there. If they are recognized as refugees, they will be settled there.7 Jun 2022'
I think is is truly awful. Give a foreign human-rights abuser £140mill to 'process' asylum seekers and then our courts say its not legal. Sounds like Hitler's plan to send Jews to Madacaskar.

Was there any need to use abusive language at him when he pointed out the contrast between the story and your wording?
The Telegraph had an article, yesterday, about how the Irish are whinging about illegal immigrants arriving in droves. Imagine crossing the Channel and Celtic/Irish Sea in a rubber boat......
If anyone really believes that this lunatic scheme is a deterrent to people fleeing poverty, abuse, starvation and lack of basic human rights then they are stupid or uncaring.
