I think that the UK is not ready for a PM whose skin is not quite the right shade of pale. Despite Mordaunt being female, I suspect that she will appeal more to the Tories than Rishi.
No link, I'm afraid. This is just an observation.

//This is just an observation.//

We have an assortment of colours on the Conservative benches, some of whom occupy high ranking positions in government, so someone must be happy for them to be there. What exactly have you observed that leads you to your conclusion?

KHANDRO, do you have an answer to my question?
All I’ll say on this is I’d be absolutely astounded is Rishi Sunak supported India over England.
I’m assuming the “Tebbit test” is the most important thing is a wind up anyway
"despite Mordaunt being female",the Tory Party seem to be a lot less mysogynistic than your Labour Party Atheist. At least two female leaders of the Tories, how many female leaders has Labour had?
Khandro, putting aside your personal threat (which I’ve reported) you might be in England but you don’t live here.

As for your other strange comment about taxes, I doubt it.
ZM "personal threat" yikes!
I also seem to remember you having view about the US President without being domicile there.

And I should have added about taxes; 'and am still paying'
Corby; All things being equal, either would do, I'm not a racist.
You’re a very strange person, Khandro. How would you describe the words ‘ I know where you live, -so just watch it!’

Can you find the President / domicile comment?

^ are you turning onto Peter pedant???
KHANDRO, "I'm not a racist"

Why then, did you think it relevant to highlight Sunak's heritage when you posted this?

"is a man with a wife who has more wealth than the Queen, who along with him is from 100% stock Indian & the majority of whose wealth is not within the UK the right choice for PM?"
I have also reported that very obvious threat.
ZM; //How would you describe the words ‘ I know where you live, -so just watch it!’//

It's a joke, you fool, anyone can see that, I haven't a clue where you live, nor do I care.

There are a number of people on this site and this thread in particular who seem to have had a recent humour by-pass, I wonder if the heat is getting to them.
Corby; You have unfairly taken that quote out of context, I also said that if you ask him how he self-identifies racially, he will say himself, that he is Indian, & I said further, that is correct & he has plenty of reason to be proud of the fact & also that I know India, & have even taught briefly in an Indian University.
I also said I had no objection to him holding a high office in the government, but I didn't want him to be P.M.
Thank you vulcan
Zacs/RH, reporting a joke? How ridiculous!
anyone else a little depressed that there isn't a candidate up to the mark for the job?
"if you ask him how he self-identifies racially, he will say himself, that he is Indian"

Not correct, he has said that on census forms, he identifies as British-Indian.

"“British Indian is what I tick on the census, we have a category for it. I am thoroughly British, this is my home and my country, but my religious and cultural heritage is Indian, my wife is Indian. I am open about being a Hindu,”"
