Has said it expects to see food shortages and more empty shelves by the end of this week.

Its not a case of disagreeing or agreeing with gully, its looking at the facts. As someone who normally sells product to the EU, I personally am hitting brick walls trying to trade with the EU. They are making a scapegoat of the UK in a vain attempt to try and stop other Nations from thinking about coming out. Boris did not make good deals and God knows he had plenty...

Teacake there is no shortage of lamb. UK produces tonnes of the stuff every week and up until Brexit was exporting tonnes of it too.

Apg 18,24 UK won't be exporting lamb to the E/U again for a long time , and maybe never again, more jobs go.

When I was little we bought our christmas turkeys from a local farmer. My Dad usually won another one at the whist drive. We would put our order in with the farmer, he would raise them, kill them and his wife would spend ages plucking and preparing them. When the farmer died, his son carried on the business for years. My mother never entertained the idea of buying a turkey from a supermarket, let alone something that had travelled miles in a truck. There's a market for enterprising small turkey farmers at the moment.
