Mostly no, though some do.

what about you tora, where do you stand? are you pro or anti mask in the street?
No, never
Errr yes they do. Where I live anyway.
Very few now. You still see some covid zealots wearing them in their private cars -on their own though.

Rather looks like the public are telling Johnson enough is enough.

With a fantastic vaccine rollout why shouldn't they?
I was wearing one in Lewes this morning & I'd guess 80% of people were wearing them.
did we ever have to wear them in the street??
i've never worn one in the street . . .
hi piggy, we have never had to wear masks in the street, as a blanket requirement
Everyone from my household wear them in the street except me. I'm exempt so I walk in the road instead of on the path. I do wear them in the shop though.
They're mandatory on our buses & I simply couldn't be bothered to keep pulling it down & back up again in between visiting several shops, all of which insist on one being worn - unless one is exempt, which I'm not. It really doesn't bother me at all.
never worn one outdoors
"Rather looks like the public are telling Johnson enough is enough" how so? there has never been a requirement to do so, so not dong so is just normal isnt it? i have never worn one on my walks simply because i dont need to, not because im sending the govt a message
piggy: "what about you tora, where do you stand? are you pro or anti mask in the street?" - I don't wear one unless some womble asks me to. I play along when I must but I know that most masks serve no purpose whatsoever. Well they do give a sort of placebo type feeling of comfort I suppose.
ummmm: "Everyone from my household wear them in the street except me. I'm exempt so I walk in the road instead of on the path. " - do you have a man with a red flag walking in front of you ?
I haven't seen anyone wearing them outside. Only putting them on when they go into shops.
Lol....My street is pretty quiet and besides going to a funeral I haven't been further than my street since the first lock down.
I've never worn one in the street as I've never seen the point.

The chance of passing on or catching Covid from fleetingly passing somebody in the open air is absurdly small - even more so when, in the early days, people were jumping into the road to avoid me and then looking at me with the amount of disgust I'd expect if they'd just found out I shagged their mum.

People wearing masks in the open air is weird.
Ignoring what we do or don't do individually we have NEVER been told to wear masks in the street in UK (unlike Spain). That's a fact.
We never wear them in open space. Only inside shops etc..
