I loved him as DS Hathaway, but he seems to have gone a bit weird.
With his own political party promoting a rather confused set of ideas.

Well, that's a disgrace. At least they're recognising and fixing the problem, but it's shocking it exists in the first place.
Perhaps they should find a 'space for a black person here.

Indeed Mozz. It will recognise that they don’t have enough ethnic diversity in the top (snr mgmt / board) jobs and address that going forward.
And if they did, then the usual suspects will start bleating that they'd only been promoted to the board because of their colour. No win situation.
The Above was in response to Roy's post.
//Remember. "If the game nowadays is to throw baseless insults and accusation about, then we should all be free to participate".

Laurence Fox.//

Some seem to be having personal problems comprehending that. Those of us whose default position is not to be nasty gratuitously, interpret it as an observation that "some" sections of society appear immune from sanction however ill informed, aggressive, or vindictive they behave whilst others are sanctioned or shadow banned for trying to counter.

I’m sure Laurence Fox is not trying to milk insults on social media at all ;-)

You can see that happens a lot.
If he chooses to call Sainsbury’s out for perceived hypocrisy then fair enough.
But I didn’t think that was what he was doing.
What in earth he IS doing tho is unclear
Everything is crystal clear to realists.

Sainsbury's message is insulting to whites and patronising to blacks.

Question Author
Why pick on Sainsbury’s?
There must be lots of companies supporting the Black History Month.

Not all can be boycotted by our hero of course tho in rather a high profile way :-)
Everything is crystal clear to closed minds.

Fixed that for you Roy.
Sainsbury's have already acknowledged the pay gap, said it's not good enough and are working on it.

Insofar as it wants to get rid of racist customers, it seems to be doing well.
> What in earth he IS doing tho is unclear

I told you at 18:20, he's publicising his new political party.
//Everything is crystal clear to closed minds.

And the, false, open mind is easily influenced by the social manipulators that are having a field day with the woke wannabes. The company stance "supporting" the latest attack, on what has been a steady integration and acceptance of new cultures into Britain is almost a clumsy policy that fetishizes the black and non white people of Britain. Seeing them as one voice, one mind, a homogenous group sharing all the same political thoughts. How the hell they thought that infantilising every black person in Britain as needing "safe space" is beyond me. If it had been declared company policy to exclude the black and none white peoples it would have been classed as a hate crime before it was birthed. Argos are in on the act too by the way....but it is an advertising campaign in their case cos no one in their right minds shops there anyway. Online shopping without the internet.
Having read most of the replies (not all, I admit), it seems to me that nobody on here has experienced living and working in an area with a large immigrant population. You just haven't. People see reports in the media and think they know about these things. You/they, don't. If I started quoting examples, I've no doubt the doo doo would hit the fan. I just love this website.
//Indeed Mozz. It will recognise that they don’t have enough ethnic diversity in the top (snr mgmt / board) jobs and address that going forward//

Oh noo noo noo - not that 'going forward ' phrase

I just hate it

Bazile ‘in the near future’. There there!

Fox will be busy fund-raising for his liable suit (Simon Blake, Stonewall). But as you point out Ichkeria, he may well be going hungry, as other major retailers scramble to match Sainsburys "You Won't Bump Into Laurence Fox" promise.
Too many wokes on here.
Even the weather is racist.

Not at all.

I said : //Is there proof the Sainsburys pay black staff less or is that something he's making up in order to prove a point? If, and I stress, IF Sainsburys have employed a policy of segregation, then I'll join you in condemning that, but I still can't see it happening.//

And: //Well, that's a disgrace. At least they're recognising and fixing the problem, but it's shocking it exists in the first place.//

So, not only have I acknowleged him, I am open to condemn Sainsburys if he is correct.

Any more words you wish to try to put in my mouth?
His thinking is very similar to my thinking and you think I have a closed mind. It stands to reason you think the same about him.

Well, unless you are scared to say anything about a black person?

Sainsbury's don't even have a black mannequin.
