Yes I agree , love my black decaf with no sugar and two slices of buttered toast when the weather is changing, it's usually at least 5 fruits and fat free yogurt in the Summer months

I don't eat toast...or breakfast*. So it's 2 decafs with cream for me.

*well, actually I break fast with food at around 2pm.

I'm no different. A toasted breakfast muffin smeared with anchor is a vice of mine! Although I'm also partial to a helping of dairylea too.

toratoratora, I was up at 3oclock and saw about 20 posts from someone else, Ensign'something' all claiming to be the real gromit saying hed been silenced. Cant see them now though but I never dreamt it.

You can't beat proper butter :-) and looking at the number of over 90s who use it, and always have.... I wouldn't worry.
