hi, husband goes out to dog training on a wednesday, and gets 2 hrs to 40 minutes at home in between coming home from work and going out, depending on what time he comes home (which he doesn't know till he's leaving)
usually i make him eat in the canteen so we can have cheese on toast r a sandwich for tea, but i sent him off with sandwiches this am without realising it was wednesday.
I need something hot and tasty that can either be made really quickly when he comes in, or something that can be made earlier and heated up/kept warm

Currys usually taste better re-heated. Red thai curry's pretty quick and easy to make if you use the pastes in the shops.
Cottage pie mmmmm lovely!!!
Baked potato, mix the inside with grated cheese and some ham if available, re-fill and put a little grated cheese on top. When needed just put in oven till hot and cheese melted - lovely
Lasagne?
Pot Noodle
stew?
If you have a microwave you can cook anything.
