I may be wrong, but a majority of 52 sounds improbable. I can see the Conservatives gaining 30 seats, but not 80.

well I'm only reporting the EC site's prediction, I'm only predicting a Tory majority of some description.
I would imagine a gain of 18 to 24 seats for the Conservatives giving a working majority of between 26 and 32.
I'm sticking with my prediction of upwards of 100 for Bori s.

JD if that's correct I'll send you a bottle of poo me old china!
Haha.^^Think jack would rather a bottle of Scotch 3T.
The odds as of 7AM this morning tell the story. These fellas do not get it wrong. They are not in the business of predictions for fun or influence......they are in it to make money.

Conservative Party – 1/25
Labour – 9/1
Lib Dems – 500/1
Brexit Party – 500/1

Bet 365 has it as Conservatives 1/50, Labour 12/1.

togs if we get 100 seat majority he can have a bottle of malt!
I just inherited 18 bottles of Teachers. Not keen on any Scotch let alone Teachers. JD could willingly have six litre bottles if his prediction is correct. :-)
Don't like Teacher's (scotch) myself, but I do hope there will be a clear victory for the Tories ( not too huge as to give them delusions of grandeur). OH is gloomy and has been muttering 'hung Parliament' for quite some days.
Our Polling Station has, they said, been pretty busy - 'enough to keep us occupied'. There are only about 280 eligible voters, so it sounds like a high turnout. There were 4 people I knew (and a black Labrador) in there when I arrived.
Agree with the thumbs down for Teachers although it was my mothers tipple. Only fit to put in your tea in my hopeless opinion. Currently taking the odd nip from a bottle of Glenfiddich 12 yr old malt but looking forward to taking the top off a bottle of Macallan double cask single malt.
We have a precious bottle of Bunnahabhain. Hope we have reason to open it.
I'm afraid I'm a whisky / whiskey snob. Can't stand the run of the mills Bells / Teachers / Grants but absolutely love a single malt, particularly an Islay / Western Isles one.
If you want to try the worst nip ever or better still give a bottle to someone that you don't like....Look no further than White Horse.
Someone bought me a bottle of Grants for my 40th birthday and as all my presents were put together I forgot who'd sent me it. A week or so later i was talking to a friend who asked if I'd got any nice presents. I said 'yes, apart from some cheapskate who bought me a bottle of Grants'

'That was me' he replied.

Ooops!
// If that is supposed to suggest that I am sitting on the fence I suggest that you read my post again.//

o mi god another pinko wet fence sitter again !
Any exit polls yet ?
or are they now reckoned to so uncertain that no one does them anymore
Exit polls are collected but by law cannot be revealed until the
polls havr closed, i.e 10 p.m.
Teachers was my mum’s favourite Scotch with Ginger Wine. Her brother hoarded 110 bottles. No typo 110. I got the carp. Wonder what other brands my old uncle had.
Hopefully not the Skye peaty flavoured brew.
I have awful memories of an awful girl and Islay scotch.
Would that be Isla Sick Clair? know her well.
