All day yesterday all over the news, the interview done to death (huge mistake Andy!), Review of the papers, Prince bleeding Andrew again. Ok so I wake up this morning, new day, new news, nope He's all over the sme66ing news again, and on all the front pages! Sick to death of it, I couldn't give a rats April who he did or did not ****. He should have taken the traditional Royal approach, say nowt, certainly not give an interview to the ABBC.

It’s certainly been overdone on here. Some eejit’s just posted another thread about it!
Well he has been tried by the media and found guilty TTT.

I agree, he should have kept quiet, nothing to be gained by talking to any TV presenter.
Question Author
what happened ZM, you run out of jelly or something?
You keep me more than adequately supplied, Tora.
It was quite amusing though TTT!
All social and political news/gossip is overdone in my opinion, and not enough coverage given to the important or human interest stuff that we hear so little about.

However, in that context why should this be brushed under the carpet? He's a liar and trial by media is just the beginning of the consequence of his behaviour.
So trial by media is ok by you then?

and he is a liar, but from what I see there has been no Court case to prove this - just tickl tackle.

And remember I am a Royal hater !!
NOTHING !!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!! Pushes up the readership levels (and therefore the price they can charge for adverts !) like a good 'Royal Scandel ' !!!!
You may not give a toss TTT ,but millions of readers LOVE every word !!
Not often we agree Eddie but juding by the number of article on the MOL fishing with clickbait you are bang on.
Folk love gossip., especially sexy ones. :0) His wife used to loved toe sucking. :0) :0)
Tora, for someone who has the word "orator" appear twice in their user name you are not living up to the definition of either "eloquent" or "skilled".

You have used no less than 4 vulgarisms in your OP. Can you not try and get your point over better than that?

We are all used to trial by media and it really is not going to get any better.

eddie, yes naive of me, I forgot that the masses find this sort of thing interesting, I suppose it's similar to the fact they inexplicably watch TV soap operas, I don't get that either.
TTT is so sick of the Prince Andrew thing that he starts a whole new thread about it.
Question Author
bhg, oh dear, this is not about the Prince Andrew thing it's about the media obsession with it. Do keep up.
Not exactly turning out that way though, is it. Predictably, on here.
Best Answer to Z/M 10.20 PMSL .
11.01 bhg " this is not about Prince Andrew " Eh
What on earth made you think it was about
Prince Andrew BHG ?.
// He should have taken the traditional Royal approach, say nowt //

I thought he had. The allegation was made made in August and he had said nothing. Months later when most people had forgotten about it, he is suddenly on Prime Time Telly, being not very convincing and open the whole can of beans again.
It has often been commented that he is not the brightest of Royals (Corgis included) and this would seem to demonstrate the fact.
I tend to agree he should have kept quiet and let his considerable PR team take the responsibility.
Stick to reading only The Finacial Times TTT !
You may not like it, but for millions of readers , its what makes the World go round ! (and up and down !!!)
He is not better known as 'Randy Andy' without a reason !!!!
