I suppose it's traditional, the first thing Brown did was start taxing pension dividends. They just don't see that if you wreck private pension growth you increase the state burden.

Don’t you think this whole condemnation of the Labour Party thing has been overdone?
Nationalisation is a disaster waiting to happen.
i suspect they dont care rather than not seeing it.

I simply refuse to believe anyone in Parliament is that economically illiterate. Except Abacus maybe.
Remember whilst a member of the EU they cannot Nationalise. They seem to have forgotten that little fact, or they intend to leave the EU no matter what they are saying.

ZM: no, we must fight with all we have to keep Jezza and his merry band of eejits out of no 10.
ZM They bring it on themselves.
YMB, it’s not true the the EU can prevent nationalisation.

‘ In sum, the EU’s rules on state-owned enterprises, while complex, clearly do not impede nationalisation.’

In the circumstances it can't be overdone. A Labour government formed of the motley crew we have on offer is a disaster waiting to happen.
You really think that your 4 threads criticising Labour this week is going to have an influence on the election!

Crikey, some self delusion going on right there.
Question Author
no ZM, but those stories in the media will, I'm discussing those. Why do you make these strange assumptions?
I haven’t assumed anything. You wrote ‘we’.

Your complaining about the Prince Andrew ‘thing’ being overdone is a bit ironic given your multiple posts condemning Labour.

Still, it’s nice that we have our very own Wolfie Smith among the AB brethren. You’re a veritable comfort blanket in these troubled times, to be sure.
ZM, are we not allowed to discuss the Labour Party just because it will not come to their notice ?
Classic non sequitur there, Danny. One doesn’t follow the other.
ZM, is that the only answer that you can come up with ?
It’s the only one I need.

But for the sake of clarity, my condemning of Tora’s multiple posts on Labour does, in no way, mean that the subject cannot needs discussed I wouldn’t have the temerity to suggest people do so because of my post as that would clearly be ridiculous.

Clear now?
Cannot ‘be’ discussed.
ZM,//You really think that your 4 threads criticising Labour this week is going to have an influence on the election!//
How else are we supposed to interpret that ?
Jesus. You’re supposed to interpret it as me criticising Tora for posting one thread about overdoing things when he’s constantly banging on about Labour. Plus me criticising him for him seemingly thinking his posts are read by Labour Party HQ.

If you’d like to post another thread about Labour, Danny, please do so, although, obviously, you don’t need my permission.
No thanks ZM, don't want to lay myself open to criticism.
I think it’s a bit late for that.
