On the basis that you should never believe anything in politics until it has been officially denied are Labour going to revert to their pre St Tony selves?

That would be only part of the Blair regime changes. But one can live in hopes.
I'm not sure about Clause 4, but a move away from the war criminal and his Tory-light party is very welcome.
//Sadiq Khan said the party should go forwards - not backwards//

Forget Clause 4, the party's gearstick will remain in 'reverse' as long as Corbyn,McDonnell et al are around....

I wish they would make up their minds.
Christmas is just round the corner and the Goons advocated walking backwards.

Labour’s current constitution commits Labour to...

// a dynamic economy, serving the public interest, in which the enterprise of the market and the rigour of competition are joined with the forces of partnership and co-operation to produce the wealth the nation needs //

What a load of tripe that is. It does indeed re-writing. Not with Clause 4, but with something more honest and less waffly.
With Labour's present hierarchy I would imagine they would go for the original Clause 4:-
//The clause was originally drawn up in 1917 to commit Labour to "secure for the workers by hand or by brain the full fruits of their industry" on the basis of "common ownership of the means of production, distribution and exchange".//
