I will put your ignorance down to being new to this site. Take your crass snipes to the editorial team and whilst at it try typing RAF or HMQ in subject box. It doesn’t like higher case. Jeez.
If anyone is looking in and wondering what this all means and what is the reason, all you need to do is put on the Beep Beep See news at 6pm. Then whatever they say is the reason, or the likely outcome, or the validity of the tactic assume that the opposite is probable. You will not be far away from the truth then.

HMQ isn't even a standard abbreviation for Her Majesty, while it's easy to see what you intended, it seemed to me fairly pointless degradation of her title. Just my opinion, rather than a "crass snipe".

As you were, nothing to see here. Move along, move along.
I’d bet Dominic Cummings is behind this. It looks like a classic slash and burn red rag to a bull tactic. Coming, curiously, just a day after the opposition ruled out a no confidence vote. It feels like he’s trying to goad them into one. Because actually there IS time for parliament to act. But not if there’s a successful no confidence vote.
The Queen is dragged in because she has idiots on both sides praising and damning her. As I pointed out
Her assent was never in doubt. It is her duty to comply with the PMs wishes.
But will Boris be the last PM of the United Kingdom.
//But will Boris be the last PM of the United Kingdom. //

no, there'll be at least one more. if they voted tomorrow (which they won't - it'll take at least 6 months to set it up), and if the vote is independence, it'll take years to disaggregate the 2 nations.
He's really upset Bercow. Didn't consult him. He's outraged. Spoilt his holiday in fact. Shame.

Good, can't stand that prat Bercow !
well done Boris! not for anything brexit related, just for upsetting Bercow.
Her Maj is just loving this, it has taken Randy Andy away from the News Head lines, that is why she is agreeing with this farce.
The Queen had no say in the matter.
When you start democratic principles, society starts to go one way only
Learn from history and look what happenned to German parliament in 1933!

Gulliver, do keep up,

// She acts on the advice of her ministers; it's her job //
"...that is why she is agreeing with this farce."

Sigh.
//"...that is why she is agreeing with this farce."//

This strategy is not the farce. The farce is the shambles that has ensued over the last three years. It has come about because our initial "negotiations" with the EU were nothing of the sort - they were simply the acquiescence to a list of demands made by the EU in return for not causing us too much trouble. It was then compounded by a Parliament that simply refused to accept that the UK was leaving the EU and with the lack of an agreement and the refusal of the EU to renegotiate an agreement the only way to leave is without one.

The nonsense must be stopped. It has gone on long enough. The alternative to radical action is to continue the prevarication and delay. If no deal is ruled out we might as well chuck it in because without it we either don't leave at all or we leave with a deal that is worse than our current membership terms.

//the duration of the
shutdown may well be suspect,//

That must be the understatement of the year
It's not suspect. It's designed deliberately to put an end to this seemingly unending nonsense. The Commons has had three years to debate Brexit, It has singularly failed to agree on a method for our departure. It has done so because 80% of them do not want the country to leave at all and are suggesting the method of leaving is the issue. It's not. The only thing a further debate will provide is an opportunity to engineer further delay. Those doing so seem oblivious to the fact that continued delay is doing the country enormous harm.
It's not exactl helping the EU either NJ. They dont seem to understand that either.

Both sides need to movee on a build on what they have. Ideally we would have a strong EU as a neighbour and they a strong UK for both to prosper. Unfortunately there are self serving politaks on both sides who dont seem to have the hard working European or Britain at heart.
Good for her - she has to act on the advice of her P.M. anyway. At last things are moving. There were always going to be squeals of outrage, but these have been worsened by the Remainer shouting, bolstered by the BBC. Just keep plodding quietly on until we get out.
I don't think that Boris is immortal and likely to remain PM until the UK is no more. I know some say that there can be only one, but that's expecting far too much of him. Just be thankful that he's here now.
