Isn't he the man for the job? a leading article in today's Telegraph suggests so, he left the government over Chequers showing resolve, his best qualities are charisma, clarity of philosophy and willingness to take risks. He is, like his hero Churchill, a singular man waiting to be called. Such politicians are often disliked for long periods of time, until their colleagues suddenly realise they were right all along and that, even if they are not necessarily wanted, they are needed. This feels more and more like the hour of Boris Johnson.
Do you agree?
Why do you say he’s a liar? You might be confusing him with someone else. I don’t agree with his politics but he is a very charismatic individual as well as frightening clever and resourceful. He comes across badly I agree, as Ed Miliband did, rather unfairly in both cases.
Because the entire time he was in charge of the education system he lied his way through it. False promises etc.. That's my main gripe with Gove. He made a royal mess of it, ask some teachers. Now he's the environmental sec? He lied about the fishing with UK waters. He said his father had been directly affected, his dad said this was a straight up lie. Also, he doesn't believe climate change is an issue. Guys a moron.
I detect a flaw in your logic there.
Nigel Lawson
Michael Gove
Two different people.
It’s like claiming, as someone did. That Jeremy Corbyn is homophobic because he talks to Hamas :-)
you have world renowned scientists and celebrities such as david attenbourgh and Leonardo DiCaprio warning the world that if we don't make a big change, in 12 years the climate will be irreversibly *** but it's OK because gove and YMB don't think it's an issue.
Don't you want a world where your Grand kids don't have to struggle due to the atmosphere and climate?
