Nope ( as ever - this is AB after all)
The version I had was the information had been collected in 1935 ( er thats a few years before the Nazis invaded) and the cards were reissued with that info already collected in 1940. Snarly comments aside I dont care much if I am right or wrong - the cards were issed for one purpose and used for another.
