Muslims don't shop in M&S.
They cover their hair to stop men lusting after them. Pretty extreme to cover children's hair.
No, they shouldn't sell them for children. Growing children need sunshine to grow properly. There are already problems with Muslim women suffering from lack of vitamin D. These are children, not adult women. Spicerack is correct, no need for it.
they are a business, if there is a market for it then why not.
No. School girls should not be indoctrinated into thinking wearing this sort of thing because men can’t function on seeing hair is unacceptable.

Make them believe it is normal and they will accept it as normal and you take away free choice.

Who really believes a 3,4,5 year old wants to wear a headcovering?

And if you have answered that question with honesty...who believes it is right to stick a hijab on a child's head because of the parents beliefs?
How times change. M&S was owned by the prominent jewish Seif family. Lord Seif a victim of a Arab assassin in Marylebone I believe.
They would never sell hijabs a few years back and no Muslim would be seen dead in M&S.
Business is Business.
Another nail in the coffin of British culture.
yeah and should they sell bally-clavas as they are worn by so many robbers and MUST therefore encourage armed robbery

yeah and if they stop selling bally-clavas then armed crime will plummet obviously

o god normal day on AB
Agree Theland.
Every possibly M&S will withdraw them after all this fuss, then those that want them can go back to buying them where they did beofre.

The vast majority of Primary pupils in my area don't wear a head covering, some of the Secondary pupils do, usually to match their school uniform tops - red, blue.burgundy etc.
PP so that’s why M&S are so popular in Belfast
Do Muslim men wear Y fronts or are they "haram?"
Or do they go, "commando?" Or, "freedom fighter?"
Surely their holy book must have instructions?
yes, keep nits intact
Google it Theland.
there's a number of men and women down here that ought to wear the Hijab or Burqa.....
People are going to buy them and someone has to sell them so that might as well be M&S as anyone else.
Muslims don't visit M&S - now pray tell me why their London Oxford Street/Baker Street outlet is the best performing outlet in Britain - and one of the highest for shoplifting?
