//Should any death or injury occur the driver,in the UK,will be suspended or have his licence revoked. //
Well it took a long time for the 77 year old bus driver to have his licence revoked!
spicerack, where is it written the boy told the driver to F off?
"The video, which begins at this point, shows teenagers laughing before the bus driver gets out of his vehicle and slaps the boy across the face. The boy stands in shock as those around him cry out.
The man - a father of two teens - then asks him how old he is, and says "and how old am I?" before turning back."
still no excuse for assaulting a child, however may profanities were exchanged.
Yes it did didn't it. Likewise the refuse driver who killed a load of Christmas shoppers in Scotland. He was a former PCV driver and got his licence revoked due to medical conditions but slipped under the radar and took a HGV test. The rest is tragic history.
Read it, AL.
Normal people didn't sit around planning revenge on society after getting the cane/a slap.
We'd be laughing and joking with our mates 10 minutes later. (and vowing not to do/get caught doing the same thing)
You SJW's have to turn every little thing into the Scopes Trial.
What excuse? Have you raised children as a matter of interest. Unlike some who believe their little darlings are paragons of virtue,I know that behind the scenes and out of sight of Mum and Dad my two were not.
Perhaps those spare the rod brigade may consider others for a change.
There is little worse than yummy mummy taking little Tarquin and Phoebe around Sainsbury's who are running amok around the aisles and then screaming their lungs out cos Mummy is in phone to Daphne and won't buy every ruddy sweet on the shelf for them. "Oh Tarquin dear be quiet. You are giving mummy a headache"
Great. Beggar the rest of the customers in the store who are getting a headache and can't hear themselves think.
My two young boys tried that caper on when the wife went to Sainsbury's. My wife's first thought was for other patrons annoyance. She smacked both hard around the legs and job done and both, now in mid thirties remember that with a grin. They didn't repeat that caper again.

Another lie. If you people had decent arguments you wouldn't need to keep twisting things.
The driver should have taken a few seconds to calm down (forget all the 'fight or flight' nonsense) and then, ideally, stayed in his vehicle and sworn under his breath about the "youth of today, mutter grumble". *If* he felt compelled to get out of his cab, he should have gone and had a word (even shouted if he felt that coming upon him) with the boy.
What he shouldn't have done...is what he did.
No I haven't raised a child - but I know right from wrong and I also know the impact of getting many a slap.
You don't have to have raised a child to know that slapping a child in that manner is wrong!
Loads of unruly lads thinking it funny to act stupidly, the slapped one bigging it up to his mates. No wonder the driver was fuming, he should have run the little ******* down. He was lucky to get away with a slap.
Or, the driver should have got out, talked to the boy nicely, made friends with him, given him some money and a free ride on his bus, apologised to his mum for putting the little chap in such distress.....
