I meant with the knees knocking bit. Also the description of "hoarding", as if one easily-verified fact counts as a "hoard".
You make the effort to check in order to broadcast .... that indicates concern. Nuff said.
Why would it indicate concern, except a concern to be accurate?

As a matter of fact, I also deleted something else from my post (before submitting) after having checked it and discovering that I was probably mistaken.

jim; Something else to shiver yer timbers; with Nigel you buy one and get one free, and the free one is none other than --- The Donald!
Sleep tight!
^Shhhhh .....

Night night.
When Cameron announced the referendum there were no subtle nuance such as might be tough? what exactly does leaving mean? our commitment to future joint projects? may need to delegate fine details to committees and sub-committees, etc etc and etc and blah blah blah. "You decide; Parliament will implement your decision". Is that what the electorate were told? Or mdo you remember it differently?

At what point did moral sense of that promise get lost, Jim? And how?
Did someone once describe Nigel as The "Charisma of a damp rag and the appearance of of a low grade Bank clerk" ?.
Possibly someone who felt threatened by him may have. Insults are cheap, after all.
Then again if he once worked in the Banking industry, what can one expect.

gulliver, You have the research-ability of a banana; it wasn't said of Farage it was said by him, and of the then president of the EU, van Rompuy who had just been appointed to the highest post in the EU. Here is is (very apt) 2010 quote;

"You have the charisma of a damp rag, and the appearance of a low-grade bank clerk. And the question that I want to ask, that we're all going to ask, is "Who are you?" I'd never heard of you. Nobody in Europe had ever heard of you. I would like to ask you, President, who voted for you, and what mechanism … oh, I know democracy's not popular with you lot, and what mechanism do the people of Europe have to remove you?,..... cont.

Yes, welcome back Nigel!

p.s. and he was never a banker
Depends on one’s definition of ‘banker’.
He certainly worked in a few banks. For what it’s worth
Oh dear , thought it was Monday Morning for a second.
Yes he did work in Banking, OK.
usual sniping from the VB/AB I see. I suppose it must stick in their craw that Lord Farage without a seat achieved more than the Sainted Tony Blair did with a massive majority. Still they cannot acknowledge that despite their whining and twee platitudes, Nigel did for them too. Even the lefties will be grateful to the great man eventually.
PP 17:33 Sat, It's what is known as an "analogy", look it up.
Khandro 10:06, PMSL, TVI is on the ball as usual!

No. See New Judge 18:53 Sat.
