Is it not time to face facts ? Mrs May is a firm believer in remaining with the EU. Why therefore is she continuing to pretend she is trying to satisfy the Electorate by being a Brexiteer ? It is time for her to leave the scenario to true Brexit believers like David Davis & Boris Johnson to really lead the exit campaign & get us out PRONTO.

Not looked at their details. You tell me if they've opted to accept EU demands. That'll answer your question. Be aware though that a country trying to get into a club is likely to allow attrition of it's sovereignty. Bend over backwards to please. My guess is that they may be partially in but I don't have the information.

If we're not a member state any longer, we have left the EU. That meets the definition of leaving, whether you like it or not. I understand that hard-line Brexiters still won't be satisfied - but they're never going to be. The fantasy people have of what leaving will look like is just not possible.

Krom, yes – it is Newspeak. Once you leave a club you’re no longer obliged to comply by its rules. That isn’t happening here.
Incidentally, I just caught a bit of Nigel Farage speaking on The Wright Stuff. From what I could gather he seems to think it possible that delaying tactics will continue until the eleventh hour, when Article 50 will be suspended. Done and dusted!!

That's because the EU isn't a "club" it's an economic behemoth in which we have been integrated for 40 years. I do wish people would stop with these asinine comparisons to everyday life (somebody likened it to leaving a restaurant too early on here the other week!).
Under May's plan we'd be using a common set of customs arrangements by bilateral agreement - i.e. agreed between the UK as a non-member state and the EU. If anything the closest thing this resembles (aside from Turkey's customs arrangement with the EU) is our own agreement with France to police our border in Calais. We'd no longer be covered by all that nasty workers' rights legislation or the new data protection and money laundering regulations that the EU has recently introduced.
Except for WTO terms, it is about as hard as Brexits get.

I do wish folk would stop pretending May's concessions will still result in us leaving. Everyone knows the leave vote won because collectively we wanted our sovereignty back; and this doesn't achieve that, so clearly isn't an exit save as a paperwork exercise. I know some still cling on to any straw that'll stop the decision and prevent us from really leaving, but claiming this concession list achieves exit is beyond reason. We'd still be dictated to, we'd still have EU regulations when trading elsewhere, it's clearly still in and some really ought to not continually try to take the rest of us for fools.
Treason May needs to go. Preferably directy to the Tower.
She is going to be responsible for destroying the Country and destroying the Tories who are likely to be in the wilderness for at least a generation and may not ever recover.
There is no way I would vote Tory again whilst she or any other remoainer is in the top job. And with what she is trying to push us into I would rather vote Mr Corbyn. At least we know where we stand with him rather than the liar May who must be in close contention with the other arch liar Blair.
