don't be a plonker gromit you know as well as I do that we need the legal structure, we can amend as we go but for now we have legal cohesion.

How does the process work that we cherry pick and ditch.
It looks like it will be rubber-stamped without any scrutiny. Minimal debate in Parliament. Just a transfer and the bendy banana directive is UK law.
