Any ideas?

The company I work for have an office out in Bangalore, which I’ve had to go to five or six times over the past few years and I’d be hard pressed to say what a typical Indian was.

If you mean an Indian who may have been born and bred in England then the answer is, One that goes along to the test matches between England and India and then spends their time cheering on India.
Morning all, just keeping an eye on this thread to ensure nothing offensive or racist is said! :-)

I don't know what is a "Typical Indian."
Is there a punch line?..
You're not alone Sqad, no one does (well apart from the imaginings of the chap in the link) - there isn't one.
mamy...if you ask that question, the answer would depend upon the experiences of the poster replying.....
My experiences keep getting removed.....
I see, well I have met a fair few due to my location and typical is very hard for me to pin down.
Mamy...fine, then that is your experiences and opinions of which we place in high respect.

mine were just removed.......although they were my experiences of which AB is not particularly interested.

We would have all been safe if the question had been 'What Is A Typical Englishman'. no matter how anyone chose to describe us.
My reply @ 16.43 yesterday would have remained just the same.
A typical Indian.

Not to sweet, not too salty. Spicy, but not ridiculously hot. Plenty of garlic and aromatic spices, served with fluffy rice and the sort of keema nan you could land safely on if you jumped off a 2-storey car park.
Oops, think I misunderstood the question...
NoMercy
