Has anyone else been watching this furore over the past few weeks? the usual bb clique ganging up on someone, typical bullying at its best.no-one said a thing when pete with the oversized collagen injections bullied tracey or jodie last year(and tracy was black no less!) I dont like jade Goodie, and cant understand who'd fall for her hype-yuk!.But come on, what is the British media all about?? How many times does she have to apologise for being gobby? nothing more, nothing less.worse things are said and threats made about non-muslims every other day and no-one takes much notice!i know that shilpa is not a muslim, but a peace-loving hindu as most hindus are and had no part in any of this, nor did the Indian people as a whole. But just shows you what muslimism has done to this godforsaken country!and the policewoman that wont shake hands with that police chief> the sun even has an asian columnist defending this madness!

The papers are going crazy over it as they have no more hard hitting news stories to fill their column inches at the moment. It is the same old propaganda of old they implant an idea in peoples head and twist it about a bit to make it a lot worse.

I too can not stand Jade Goody and see her as a pointless celebrity, (aren't they all though?). But for some stupid people to go to the point that they actually want endanger her and her children's lives is senseless. They should scrap this trash pile of a programme now before any other lives are ruined in the name of entertainment.
plenty of people said lots about pete, george and barrymore for their bullying. just because it wasn't such a big thing doesn't mean no-one was bothered!!

the difference is purely that not one of them even mentioned race, in any way.

i am not defending them in the slightest, just saying that the issue is about using race as ammunition to fuel bullying.

i suppose racism affects certain groups of people directly for the whole of their lives, whereas bullying is sporadic and often shortlived so doesn't have the same united uprising....

and their careers haven't exactly taken off either, because people disliked what they did.
Think you'll find the correct term for Muslimism is Islam?

You should know the media by now. For one, they're always going to find a story of exceptional circumstances, or ponder over unlikely speculations, and add hype. Particularly the Sun. And there's always the traditional cycle of building a celebrity through a particular gimmick- i.e. Jade Goody because she was, well- shall I say "dense"? As soon as they do this they'll dig for a scandal. This is Goody's scandal, this is her knife in the back, and now, as a celebrity, she's either finished or will have to get some seriously good PR to suss it.
Her PR agent Max Clifford has even said he will be very surprised if she can bounce back from this. In other words, if she can still bring in the cash he's interested if not it's bye bye on to the next dumb fool to exploit.
Yes, racism is the witchcraft of the 21st century, and here we are witnessing some innocent old hag (goody) being tortured (via the media) until she confesses and repents, after which she'll be burnt anyway.
Meanwhile, the spectators are split between those in the baying mob joining in with cries of 'Burn the witch! kill the pig!', or those looking on in silence afraid to say anything for fear of being accused of the same crime themselves.
Is she thick - yes, was it bullying - yes, was it racism - no.
She should go home
