I believe 'past convictions for theft and tax evasion' answers that ;-) Some people always want more, same as the stockbroker who was fare dodging and then paid the £40k in missing fares straight off the bat.
I remember a rich & famous TV chef who was caught out not putting items through the till at a supermarket. People just do not expect to get caught.
Ah yes Mr W-T from RSC :

because some believe they can get away with it, and of course many do.
Quite possibly he gets a kick from doing it.

no I think that the veal was offal expensive ( 47 euros - that is about forty quid innit ?)
