Mr Cox denied assaulting a woman in her 30s at Harvard University in 2015 - but admitted to "inappropriate" behaviour while working for Save the Children.
In 2015 the Mail on Sunday reported that Brendan Cox had stepped down from his position as chief strategist at Save The Children over allegations of "inappropriate behaviour" which he at the time denied.
What do you think this 'inappropriate behaviour' consists of, Gromit?

'Spicerack,
The BBC report says ‘alledged’ because Mr Cox denies the allegation,'
/Mr Cox denied assaulting a woman in her 30s at Harvard University in 2015 - but admitted to "inappropriate" behaviour while working for Save the Children//
Lol, Gromit, busted again.
To be fair to you, it's not entirely your fault. The more observant among you might notice that the aBBC have removed the paragraph I referenced and replaced it with a slightly different one that covers up their lies/mistakes.

Labelling him as ‘the pervert’ based on alkegations that have not been tested in court, or been subjected to any scrutiny are clearly one sided.
I am unsure what the motives of the Mail and Express are in promoting this non story. An MP was brutally murdered by an extreme right wing lunatic, then her widower is subjected to trial by media of unsubstantiated allegations. Not sure what the agenda is there, but there is clearly an agenda.

//Mr Cox is not an elected individual or someone who should be subjected to trial by media.
He is a relative unknown,//
God almighty, talk about clutching at straws. He used his wife's death to launch his media career.
Relative unknown? He's never off the blasted aBBC spouting lefty botox and.........moralising.
>>No doubt the pervert will be back when the coast is clear.
This is a bit strong.
Many years ago innocent actions (like putting your arm round someone for example) was seen as ok.
Nowadays it seems everyone is rushing to the police or whoever reporting innocent acts as unwanted behaviour.
We are getting to the stage where we will all be scared to touch anyone soon, even a handshake.
Getting very sad.

Spicerack,
The BBC report does not say he admitted to inapropriate behavior to the woman who made allegations about him at Save the Children. It quotes him as saying “during my time at Save the Children I made mistakes." Which is a bit different.
He has always strenuously denied the allegations. There has been no prosecution or verdict so branding him a “pervert” on unproven allegations is clearly libellous.

It's difficult to decide whether you view his most 'heinous' crimes to have been towards these women or to espouse leftist thoughts.....
You could be right, Jack ... I could also be right in thinking many posters absent from the thread, are absent because of some strange notion that it is 'one of our own'
