If you do, what proportion of the 13% increase is related to Islamic terror?
If you don't, why did he mention them both?
If he his merely providing his "fellow Americans" with stats about crime in England and Wales, he could have given other facts.
He could have said there had been an increase in crime, a decrease in police numbers and not mentioned Islamic terror but he didn't.
He could have said there was a Crime Survey for England and Wales showing a 9% reduction compared with the previous year and mentioned Islamic terror but he didn't.
What then, was the point he was trying to make?

Naomi...he can't ban guns....the NRA is too valuable to his campaign and his pocket.
If he were to ban everybody from entering the US, America would still lose 10,000's of its on citizens every year.

To illustrate through a foreigners eyes how much this once great country as deteriorated, with it's increase in crime and terrorism.
It is a pity that some who actually live here, are reluctant to open up their eyes and see the same.
