Listening to Chris Evans this morning on the Breakfast Show, he said we are going to have a mini heatwave this weekend. Get you BBQs out girls and guys!

we're not, forecast says we're going to be very soggy from today until Sunday :-(
Rain forecast here till Tuesday next week!!
I think you and I should have a few words with the weather-gods Islay :-D x
If only, GM. Can we have good weather for the week commencing 02 October? Thanks.
Local forecast is rain on Friday, bright sun on Saturday and Sunday
You mean that people listen to Chris Evans .
Thinks so Alba it really silly at the moment!!
Wanted to go and play with the loppers again yesterday, but wearing a snorkel and flippers would have been silly.
According to the kitty the rain is all my fault, well, I get 'the look'
Was the same when we had the pooch.
Looks like it might be mildly warm on Sat and Sun. I think the lovely Chris was having a joke with us, as might be the OP :)
Dry on Sunday would do me, am wearing strappy sandals.
doris will not be pleased if i ask her to iron my khaki shorts in late september
I would welcome a mini heatwave. It's been raining here for three days, not heavily but steady.
I'm not greedy - i'll settle for midi one
Next week Tuesday and Wednesday looks to be warm. But not much sunshine forecast, and some of us will be getting rain.

Phew, what as scorcher, etc.
Even if there was a heatwave coming (and I don't think 20C counts), there would be no BBQ here...never had one, never will!
Flipping heck I've just put all my summer clothes away - does this mean I'll have to get my bikini out of storage!!
This clown, Chris Evans is paid by the BBC, £2.2million per annum (from the licence fees) and he can't even look up the weather forecast without getting it wrong.
Fortunately I'm away this weekend so if the BBQs do come out I'll be spared the smell of burning fat and gristle permeating my house for two days..
