Indeed New Judge, for the avoidance of doubt I think he's been a complete plum.
It's not like you to defend a plonker is it ag ??
Who says I'm defending him? I'm just thinking what might have caused him to act in the way that he did herelam!
Probably the 1 hour 15 minute journey from the Forth Road Bridge to the Kincardine Bridge. When the Forth Road Bridge is closed you can very nearly treble that time. And, that is what everyone is having to do today!
Mazie, at 2:am he could reverse all the way quicker than that, it's only about 16 miles.
//it's only about 16 miles//

according to Transport Scotland, the Kincardine Bridge is 15ml upstream of the Forth Bridge. so the total diversion would be about twice the figure you've quoted.
The blokes quite clearly a nobhead, fortunately as NJ says no deaths or injuries occurred.
"Probably the 1 hour 15 minute journey from the Forth Road Bridge to the Kincardine Bridge."

Nothing there about total diversions that I can see.
Sounds to me like you ARE defending him ag !
