They are certainly not 1 in every 12, in most London school's classes.

I suppose, from the same report, this statistic should be absolutely of no concern to some either

Yes and I wonder if their Muslim masters, will be so tolerant towards their minorities?

I dunno about that, Daffy. Although there are a fair few on AB and other online sites, I still don't get the feeling that there are massive numbers of us.

At school age I would probably have said I was "CofE", although that would have been a guess as the family weren't churchgoers. RE classes opened my eyes to the smorgasbord of available faiths but my sense of logic told me that, if there's no agreement between them, then it's highly likely that they're all wrong. Bad RE, bad.

I think the lily-liveredness comes from the fact that most employers have equal opportunities policies in place and outspokenness will get you sacked. Whatever is going on inside people's heads, they're forced to keep schtum. (sp?)

We are sleepwalking into a takeover. I'll get slammed for that, but it is logical. I used to hope for an amalgamation and enrichment of cultures but that idea is, for several years, long gone. The indigenous people are being outbred - to put it crudely.
