Can't in honesty see that the man is a 'threat to the public'- he's hardly likely to go round stabbing random people with syringes full of tranquilisers is he? Poor excuse not to grant bail.

I can't see that happening either NOX. I also can't see what a prison sentence can do, he should be banned from practicing for life. I think that would be enough of a sentence.

Sentence - max 4 years - good behaviour discounted 10% as its federal - if CA state then 50%......we could do with a ten per discount only here for major crimes.

DT, yes but that isn't anything new... unlike this. There are millions of people who have been following this trial for weeks.

Hoppy, that's in poor taste. He was found not guilty. To even mention his name alongside Gary Giltter's is disgusting.
