No. The Tory Party are finishing what Nigel Farage instigated. They are honouring the wish of those who could be bothered to get out of bed and vote leave. The majority won and the Tory party is still the Tory party.
// The Tory Party is now The Brexit Party //

They fought the last election saying they would honour the result of the referendum (the fact that they couldn’t is another story).

Deputy PM and Peerage?
A lot of unlikely things would need to happen for that to happen.
For Farage to be Deputy PM, he would have to be an MP, and he isn’t standing or BP would have to win some seats, and go in coalition with the Tories - unlikely.

I do agree that he should get a peerage though.
Lord Farage of Strasbourg does have a ring to it.

House of Lords would be a bus-mans holiday for Nige, sign in *** off and claim £300/day. More or less his modus operandi for the last 16 years.
//the tory party is now the Brexit party//

nope. and nor is the labour party the party of remain. here is a list of the divisions at the 3rd vote earlier this year. Brexit does not divide along party lines.

Farage isn't standing for election.
The squire should not become a lord. He instigated a lot of right politics if he meant to or not.

If he does get made a lord though.. it would have no effect on my peasant life
The Deputy Prime Minister is a cabinet post and Lords are usually exempt. Tony Benn renounced his peerage so he could be Transport Minister in Harold Wilson’s Government.

Labour Peer Lord Adonis served in the Conservative Government, but in a minor position, not cabinet level.

(Think the exception might be Lord Young).

Farage said he was offered a peerage but turned it down. Despite Remainers' claims I think he is quite an honourable person.

@Gromit.........If we had a Lord Farage, he could be a member of the Cabinet and as such could be made Deputy Prime Minister.
