Ford Focus Clutch

Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to change a clutch on a Ford Focus Estate?

I've never done a front wheel drive car, but some say they are a right pain! As a guide, my Mum had a new clutch (all the plates) in her Focus last week by an independant garage and it cost nearly �400.

It's not too difficult,but having the right tools is a bonus. Get the manual and read it carefully. But the answer is, Yes you can do it at home.

Oh , I might mention a little help with the gearbox would'nt go astray. Will take two people.
