If a limited company is ruled out of a case by default, judment is granted to the other is, if they still dont pay, what does the judgment mean..???? how do they stand regarding there credit rating or there banks....and the like would a judgement make it difficult for them to carry on trading....???

Most companies run credit checks and run reports from information houses (such as companies house, ICC Information, Bonnier...... so on) The reports will state if there is a CCJ against the company, or Directors where relevant.

So it is dependant on the supplier whether they are prepared to take the risk...... as they may not pay up....
