Just bought a 14ft fishing boat, that needs a little TLC. Outside fairly good, inside needs a paint job. What type of paint is best to use. Thanks in advance for your help. .

Marine paint! You need to go to a chandlers for it though, I don't think you can get it from a DIY shop
If this is a fibreglass boat then most general paints would be ok especially inside. Use marine paints if a wooden hull and a good lasting finish is required.
Buy a few magazines on boats and look through them!
If the inside is fibreglass any gloss paint will do the job. outside you need marine paint.

I'd use Blue paint

What's wrong with white?
or red?
