Does anyone know what the sign RVP means? Always turns into a guessing game when we see it. I'm sure a lorrydriver will know the answer! Thanks.

Isnt it Rendezvous Point?

It does indeed - you often seen it around airports for the Rendez Vous Point for emergency vehicles.

Looks like it's "rendez-vous point":

I checked with my brother and brother in law who are both firemen - it is rondez vous point.

Thankyou all for the answer. Possibly, I should have guessed that one myself but I knew someone out there would know the answer!

Checked the Bembridge forum - very interesting. The place I see it on a regular basis is at the start of the Queen Elizabeth bridge on the M25. Thanks again.
