I wonder what nationality all these people are who turn up at A&E. Maybe they don't know the procedure ?

All of them?

Good grief, give me 1/2 hour to compose a list!
I'm going to be bold and say I bet some of them are Welsh.

Am I right?
Er, is that the first criteria needed in A&E, I'm not Welsh yet
I don't know but I bet lots are ABers, it must be the most common piece of advice given in B&S (apart from ibuprofen my darling)
Well it won't be Muslims on a Friday and Saturday night, they don't drink!
A&E?
Don't know about A & E but yesterday, in my GP's surgery, I was the only white British person there.
mazie, I've come across many muslims who drink. Yes, I KNOW they're not supposed to blah blah blah, but... In fact I used to work with one who was a VERY heavy drinker.. He was rarely to be seen on a Monday morning.
Did you play "spot the real pom" Janb?
Could have been a difficult game.
Yes. I won !
My Daughter is one of the Managers at a local A&E, the people that come in there are all religions, they come in for Headaches & ask for Aspirin etc, they should be charged for wasting the Hospitals time.
Nationality doesn't matter. Regardless of the name, if you need medical attention and the GPs are closed (or want you to book weeks in advance !) one makes one's way to the hospital where A&E is traditionally the place you can get the attention you need.
a lot of people who go to A&E could be guided on to their nearest walk in clinic which are open 7 days a week.
Where are the walk-in clinics? I don't know of one near me. Perhaps they should be advertised more.
most are open 7 days, but not all hours.
Having once had the misfortune to attend A&E late on a Saturday night, most of the people there were the nationality we all know well - Chavs
Walk-in, 111,casualty.........etc.

Many of the "costumers" do not need medical attention AT ALL!

in the "old days"..grandma would deal with these minor complaints.

A spoon fed society who have resolved to accept little responsibility for their own health.

Watch answers on AB..B&S.........."go to A&E"

Yes, the GP contract of 2007 hasn,t helped, but neither have the British public.

Dear Dr Sqad, what should I do? I don't have a grandma :-)
Thanks, jno.
