The gear stick? Or, read the Instruction Manual.
Whereabouts in the car is it?
That's a very small box...where is it?
Is it the box that the locking wheel nuts were in?

What's the Car, is the Box loose or fitted, if fitted, where?
Yes it is a tracker, compulsory from next year. It tracks your driving , where and when you go and how well you drive, lets your insurance / car owner / employer know if you exceed the speed limit as well. Big Brother has arrived!
They will soon be connected to the police as well and will track your car if it is stolen. (as well as automatically issuing speeding fines without need for speed cameras.)
Some details here

But the trackers are also connected to the GPS satellites so they track the cars location 24/7 365. Your company will know exactly where the car is at any time so no sneaking off on a private journey unless you want the boss to know.
Another EU law being forced upon us.
I would have said Tony, Another EU Law that this weak Government fails to challenge like everything else, Did we win the 2nd World War? I am beginning to wonder.
