Wow, I thought this was unheard of because of the pressure brought on by giving the testing stations through fear of being suspected of not being tough enough without issuing these things. This type of atmosphere is relatively new in Europe but has an established history in the USA, the most notable form being instilling the fear of losing a job - all sorts of strange symptoms manifest that particular one.

Well done. When I had an older car I used to walk round in a mood of Doom and Gloom until I got the good/bad news, so I know where your coming from!
