Since we moved to the Inchcape Garage area, 9 years ago, I have dealt with Audi Swindon. Has anyone else had poor service from them? Over the last nine years I have had a catalogue of poor service with the front line staff. The servicing, as far as I can tell is good but expensive. My last experience with them on May 9 was for an oil change on a new car. The round journey was 63 miles! I was promised 'an hour executive turnaround time' of 1 hour. I was told to be there by 12.00 prompt. I was there at 11.55. I wasn't approached until 12.35 and the car wasn't dealt with until 01.15 and I left the garage at 13.15 about £320 lighter ~ for an oil change, where the oil cost £42! This is not the first example of poor service but something goes wrong at every visit. I wrote to their managing director, Stefan Bomhard, who replied that someone would deal with my complaint and to date I have had no further correspondence. Has anyone else had poor experience with the garage chain?
