well i did recommend it over in CB! the cinematography was amazing, we saw it in the cinemas when it first came out and I loved it, the whole take on the legend was very good too, and less mythological than other interpretations
plus, ray Winstone shone

Had trouble accepting the timeframe amongst the Romans approx 200 years before he was supposed to have lived
Think Kingdom of Heaven, Braveheart, and A Knight's Tale were all much better films IMO
