I’m going for a driving lesson in an hour.

It’s a new car, it’s absolutley tipping it down and there is loads of surface water. I have driven before in the wet but not like this.

good conditions for learning, then. No good training on dry roads then having trouble the first time you go out in the wet. Good luck!

I’m not that bad though, had to do an emergency stop last week because of some idiot. My instructor said was one of the best, but that other driver was totally at fault.

They are jno, my first ever lesson was in snow, that was interesting to say the least.

I just worry about aquaplaning as I’ve been in a car when it’s done that - scary.

You left out a bit of info there , didn't you ? - i.e. the 'idiot' was behind you and you were in reverse gear
