The song was "My Immortal" by Evanescence from their 2003 # 1 Album "Fallen" which i believe is available on CD.

As soon as I heard that lovely song I thought it would be on here asking what it was! Subtitles are handy for more than the obvious reason as they always tell you what song is playing and by who, it's great!
