Most of Bruce Willis's latest films. Dire as one film I saw, cannot and don't want to remember what it was called, He was riding a skateboard naked around the streets. Dreadful.
He must be needing the money!!

Those all sound awful, agree totally about soaps and reality generally. Some terrible comedy too though, I recently saw an episode of Citizen Khan- that is beyond dire.

The Dark Tower. Stephen King wrote a series of 7 brilliant books, enthralling to read with an epic storyline with absolute standout characters. Along came so called Dark Tower fan, director Nicolaj Arcel, who attempted (and failed spectacularly miserably) to encompass those books into 1 hour and 35 minutes. Not even the acting talents of Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey could lift it above absolute dross. Any other director worth his salt would have paid proper homage to the story, perhaps making a trilogy. God knows there was enough material to work with. Never before has a film been so eagerly anticipated only to turn out so inadequate. I honestly believe the director should change his surname - ever so slightly.

A Smashing Bird I used to Know - a film I saw in the early Sixties and starring Maureen Lipman in a very early role - I bet she cringes now if it's mentioned in her presence. Also starred Patrick Mower - remember him ?

I've been up for Anne Boleyn three times in total, I think its because I have very pale skin and very dark eyes, people have that colouring in their heads for her very strongly, but this is a bit of a different project to normal so fingers crossed :) x
