I watched it and enjoyed it. Reminds me of cosy times.
did not see it might do catch up..can't help but think it was tempting fate as he is so ill presently
Didn't watch it. Saw that it was on and assumed he'd died earlier that day !
Bruce spent five nights in intensive care. His agent said "it was either that or do a week hosting The Nightly Show."
I didn't watch it. Can't stand the self-opinionated eejit.
lol ^^^ ..he is still very ill at home according to his wife....
Time to make a move.

Have a happy day everyone.

Keep resting minty ;o} xxxxx
Bruce is a very nice and friendly guy.Back in the early 1970's I worked in (London) 5 star hotel.Bruce came to the switchboard to pick up some messages. He expressed an interest in the (old fashioned plug) switchboard. He said he wanted to try it out,and he did.He answered a call coming in,and completely by chance it was his agent trying to find him.The agent asked what Bruce was doing working the switchboard,he replied"Well, you take so much money off of me,I have had to take up a part time job!"Stay well Bruce, you are a real Gent.
he was always very nice at golfing pro ams..I played in a few down south ,the 5 stars in Moor Park ,Herts was a big one....unlike corbett and tarbuck who were not so nice to the gallery...
murraymints,I really think he just likes people, and is interested in life.He also never forgets how he got where he is,he looks after his "people" and (I think) regards them as an extended family.
Hmm, I'm not so sure he's always that nice.
A friend of mine saw him at the races and asked for an autograph. He replied with "I haven't come here today to be bothered by the likes you!"
"Likes of you."
No can't stand him
I think the definitions of 'showman' and 'all-rounder' are the ability to sing, dance, tell jokes, and chat, without necessarily being particularly skilled in any of them.

I do bow to Sir Bruce's consummate mastery of the game show format - there is no-one close to him in that arena.
No. Not a fan at all .
As delightful as it is to hear the positive experiences there is always another side to the coin.

The only programme of his that I have enjoyed was where he travelled about looking and doing different dance styles.
I watched some of it but it just reinforced my view that his style of 'entertainment' is not for me. I do think he's done well though.
Although, not really my cup of tea, I must say I do have a great deal of admiration for him. He seems to have been around for ever!.

I wish him well and hope he gets better soon!
I didn't watch it TWR, but I like him and wish him well.
One hour of pure rubbish but it was great rubbish Get well soon
