Y, I, man.
Hmmm.

I'd regard Leonard Rossiter as a brilliant actor, who could always match his mannerisms carefully to the script.

Lee Mack CAN'T act!!!

He has a Rigsby way about him
Spot on, Chris.

I think Lee Mack is hilarious on Would I Lie to you, and a good stand up.
trt...couldn't agree more. "Would I lie to you" is one of my (few) "must sees"

in a similar vein, i always thought that lee evans would be an excellent choice to play the part of norman wisdom, if they ever made a biopic
I think he's brilliant at stand-up but admit to not watching either of the aforementioned shows.
"Would I lie to you" is a comedy panel/game show...the only show guaranteed to have me crying with laughter.
I agree Excel he would.
gingejbee, I'll give it a look next time its on... I'm assuming he's a captain.
Yes...he's captain of one of the teams. You have to like David Mitchell, too...he's the other team captain.
Awe gawd. I'll still give it a go though.
Who's Leonard Rottiser ? ;-)
Sorry Cider did you mean quite canny or quite uncanny how Lee Mack has the same mannerisms as Leonard Rossiter's Rigsby character? Both make sense but mean different things.
