Does any one know which building was used for the hospital. It looks familiar but I've never been able to recall exactly where I've seen it.

I used to think it was one I'd seen in Whitby but I remember reading it was somewhere else. I'll see if I can remember

How sad the show will never be aired again, and we`ll never know if doctor Ormerod survived , judging by the seriousness of the wound. I very much doubt it. Ahh well.
I forgot to mention that with Google earth you can see the `Hospital` which is in fact a block of apartments and the hospital entrance is the entry to their garages and not the entrance to the hospital. Mr O/H and I visited it in 2007.
I think he must have survived as the actor who plays him was Gail's barrister in Corrie and also the cinema manager in Rock and Chips, both of which were recorded after The Royal.
