Executors Of Will

I have two Executors named on my will, my friend and her son. My friend has moved and her son is moving in a couple of weeks, will I have to update my Will as their old addresses are shown in the Will. Thanks.

There's no need to update your will; the address changes won't invalidate it. However, if you think that whoever finds your will might be unaware of the address changes, it would be sensible to put the will in an envelope that also contains a note giving the new addresses. (NB: Don't staple or pin them together).

My own will is in such an envelope, together with a typed sheet of paper headed "This document does not form part of my will but might assist in locating those people mentioned in it". (Neither of the executors of my will live at the addresses given in it. Nor do any of the beneficiaries!)
